1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating floor plans on RoomDraw (roomdraw.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. RoomDraw provides a free, browser-based 2D/3D interior design and floor planning application for personal, educational, and professional architectural visualization.
2. Full Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% full ownership of all floor plans, room layouts, exported high-resolution PNG images, PDF document layouts, and native .rsd design files created using RoomDraw.
- RoomDraw claims zero ownership or copyright claims over user-created designs.
- You are free to use your exported floor plan images and PDF layouts for commercial real estate listings, client presentations, or marketing without royalties.
- RoomDraw logo and branding elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of RoomDraw.
3. User Content & Cloud Saving
RoomDraw is designed with a privacy-first, client-side architecture. Floor plan data is stored locally inside your browser session using IndexedDB. If you choose to connect optional cloud services like Google Drive, your files are saved directly into your own personal Google Drive account in a dedicated RoomDraw Projects folder under your full control.
4. Real-Time Collaboration & Shared Links
RoomDraw features peer-to-peer multiplayer collaboration. When you share a design link, active peer cursors and live room edits are synchronized directly between connected browsers. Unauthenticated visitors accessing shared Google Drive designs are placed in Read-Only Mode until they explicitly authenticate to request edit access.
5. Architectural Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
RoomDraw is an architectural layout visualization tool intended for design conceptualization, spatial planning, and home decoration. RoomDraw designs should not be used as official structural engineering blueprints or load-bearing calculations. Always consult licensed structural engineers and certified architectural professionals before executing actual building construction or wall demolition.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using RoomDraw, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Attempting to inject malicious scripts or disrupt multiplayer room signaling.
- Reverse engineering or scraping internal application endpoints.
- Misrepresenting floor plan dimensions to deceive real estate buyers.
